We will custom-make your furoshiki working with the authentic production facility located in Kyoto City (our business partner).
The skilled artisans will custom-make your design furoshiki through the traditional method.

Our furoshiki is made of 100% cotton "Shan-Tang" (シャンタン) or pongee weaving style, which is durable enough for wrapping and carrying "Bento" lunch box, Kendo wears and other small things.
Standard furoshiki size is 72 cm X 73 cm (for wrapping lunch or sushi box), but 45 cm X 47 cm (called "chief" nice for representing your artwork of tattoo or motif) and 92 cm X 93 cm (for carrying Kendo items) sizes are also available.
Custom furoshiki cost depends on the number of colors and complexity of your design. We recommend you to use up to two colors for saving cost. Still, we have a technique of printing many colors like 10 (ten).

Custom Furoshiki Cost
The cost depends on the order QTY (>= 100) and the number of colors incorporated in your design:
45 cm X 45 cm : 900JPY/E.A. X (Order QTY) + 23'000JPY X (Number of colors)
70 cm X 70 cm : 1'500JPY/E.A. X (Order QTY) + 23'000JPY X (Number of colors)
90 cm X 90 cm : 2'100JPY/E.A. X (Order QTY) + 23'000JPY X (Number of colors)
23'000JPY is the cost for setting up a silkscreen for each color. Because custom furoshiki is printed on pure white color fabric, the white color is exempted from counting if your design has it. The artisan will hand-print one color using the first screen, and do another color using the 2nd screen, and so on. The match is perfect and no slip.
If stored in a wooden box, the additional cost is 600JPY for each.
